Who may use this site
You must be at least 18 years old to make a purchase or enrol in a course. By using the site you confirm that you are 18 or older and legally able to enter into this agreement.
Firearms training
Our firearms courses involve live firearms and inherent risk of serious injury or death. Enrolment is subject to all of the following:
- You must be legally permitted to possess and handle a firearm under all applicable federal, state and local law.
- You must comply with every safety rule and instructor direction on the range. We may remove any participant who does not, without refund.
- You must sign our waiver and assumption-of-risk agreement before participating. That signed document governs the training itself.
- You are responsible for your own equipment, ammunition and any legally required permits.
Our training is instruction, not legal advice. Laws on the use of force, carry and self-defence vary by jurisdiction and change over time. Consult a qualified attorney about your own situation.
Fitness and nutrition content
Our training programmes, guides and nutrition materials are general educational information, not medical advice, and are not tailored to your circumstances. Consult a physician before beginning any exercise or nutrition programme, especially if you have a medical condition, an injury, or take prescription medication.
You take part at your own risk. Individual results vary, and nothing on this site is a guarantee of any specific outcome.
Orders and payment
- Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. The price shown at checkout is the price that applies.
- An order is not accepted until payment is confirmed. We may decline or cancel any order, including for pricing errors or suspected fraud.
- Payment is handled by Stripe under its own terms.
Course bookings, cancellations and refunds
- Course seats are limited and confirmed in order of payment.
- Cancellation and refund terms for each course are shown on the course page at the time of booking.
- We may reschedule or cancel a course for weather, range availability, insufficient enrolment or safety. If we cancel, you may transfer to another date or receive a full refund.
Digital products
Training programmes and downloadable guides are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use. You may not resell, redistribute or share them. Because digital products are delivered immediately, they are non-refundable unless the law requires otherwise.
Physical products
Shipping times are estimates, not guarantees. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery to the carrier. Contact us within 14 days of delivery about a damaged or incorrect item and we will make it right.
Memberships
Our membership community is hosted on Skool and billed monthly by them. You may cancel at any time through your Skool account; cancellation stops future billing and takes effect at the end of the current period. Membership terms, including any satisfaction guarantee, are as stated at the point of purchase.
Intellectual property
All content on this site — text, images, video, course materials, logos and the Real World Tactical name — belongs to us or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce or use it commercially without written permission.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the site to break the law, interfere with its operation or security, attempt unauthorised access, scrape content in bulk, or harass others.
Third-party links
The site links to third-party services, including Skool and our partners. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, products or privacy practices.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The site and its content are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or our products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the product or service giving rise to that claim.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify us against claims and costs arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the site, our products or our training.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
Changes
We may update these terms. The revision date at the top of this page reflects the current version, and continued use of the site after a change means you accept it.
